Lawyer with a solid background in labor law, with experience in both litigation and strategic matters, as well as legal consulting focused on preventing liabilities and supporting business decision-making. She has extensive experience in leading legal teams, managing major accounts, contract negotiation, developing customized legal solutions, and integrating processes with technical and financial control departments.
Her work is marked by a strong results-oriented approach, operational workflow structuring, and technical excellence. She also worked at the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, which provided her with an in-depth understanding of the Judiciary and enhanced her analytical skills.
She holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), earned in 2007, with additional coursework at the Paraná School of Magistrates (EMAP).
