Nathalia de Andrade Medeiros Tavares has more than fifteen years of experience advising clients on tax, customs, and strategic regulatory matters, both in advisory and contentious spheres, serving clients from several segments of the economy, including financial institutions, the energy industry, pension funds, the medical and electronic equipment industry, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, medical and hospital services, healthcare assistance services, and others.

Throughout her professional trajectory, she has accumulated relevant institutional experience, providing advisory services before the Brazilian Administrative Council of Tax Appeals, CARF, having also participated in the analysis and formation of precedents that contributed to the consolidation of case law before higher courts.

In parallel with her professional practice, she carries out academic activities and is the author of books, articles, and publications in the areas of Tax Law, Customs Law, and Financial Law, in addition to having acted as a lecturer in accounting and law courses focused on tax and financial legislation.
