With over 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer, focusing on the regulatory field. He works in administrative, regulatory, and infrastructure law, including public tenders, administrative contracts, privatizations, concessions, and the regulation of sensitive industries (such as highways, ports, airports, energy, oil and gas, sanitation, telecommunications, and transportation). His work encompasses legal models for partnerships with the public sector, legal issues arising from the execution of administrative contracts signed with the Public Administration, both direct and indirect, and administrative proceedings before Courts of Accounts and regulatory agencies.

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Thiago holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a Ph.D. in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon/Portugal (FDUL). He is also a member of the Administrative Law Commission of the OAB-RJ and a tenured professor in the Public Law Department at the Faculty of Law of UFRRJ. He has published books and articles in the field of public law.
