Extensive experience encompasses Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and foreign investments, acquired through roles at a Big Four audit firm and a prominent Brazilian financial institution. A multidisciplinary approach ensures excellence in Corporate Governance and Compliance, with an emphasis on digital transformation and emerging technologies.​

For over two decades, prominent national and international business groups, including entities listed on B3, NASDAQ, and NYSE, have depended on her expert assistance for both sophisticated M&A transactions and routine corporate affairs.​

The academic background includes a law degree from Mackenzie University and postgraduate studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and the Economic Research Institute Foundation (FIPE) in areas such as governance, compliance, risk management, and business ethics.
