With over 25 years of experience in resolving complex and strategic disputes, both in court and through arbitration, Daniela handles national and international cases across various areas of law and sectors of economy, including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, insurance, regulation, shareholder disputes, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy, among others.
She also provides legal advice on pre-litigation contractual matters, as well as on real estate transactions, succession planning, estate planning, and related topics.
Daniela is an arbitrator, professor of postgraduate courses in Civil Law and coauthor of books, articles, and publications in the fields of Civil Procedural Law, Civil Law, and Arbitration. She previously worked as a foreign associate at Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger LLP, in New York. Currently, she coordinates the Strategic Litigation and Arbitration Department and is a member of the firm’s Executive and Management Committees.
