He holds a law degree from Universidade Gama Filho (UGF) and is a specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), in Business Law with a focus on Labor Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RJ), and in Substantive and Procedural Labor Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). ​

He further enhanced his education through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and an executive training in Compliance at INSPER. Before joining the SiqueiraCastro team, André held leadership positions at renowned corporate law firms, where he coordinated large-scale litigation departments and specialized consulting services.​
